Forging process:

Forging process has a long history, through a high compressive forces to reshape the metal material. Forging actually changed the inside structure of metal, so forged parts are better in physical properties than raw material.

Material Range: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Magnesium and other alloys.

Forged parts mostly also need a secondary operation, we can provide:

1. Heat treatment to make dimensions better controlled out of castings;

2. CNC machining if it requires a higher precision;

3. Surface finish according to customer’s requirement, often used finish are including: Polishing, electronic-polishing,  powder coating, painting, anodizing, plating, passivation...

4. Customize the packaging, oil protection as per needed.
