Powder Metallurgy is using metal powder and combination with nonmetal powder, sintering to shape. It has a lot advantages, such as saving material, consistent quality, better performance and accurate dimensions.

Material Range: Brass, Brass Alloy, Brass, Copper, Steel...and other Alloys.

Powder Metallurgy will no longer need extra CNC machining job, itself already very precise. Secondary options are:

1. Heat treatment to make dimensions better controlled out of castings;

2. Surface finish according to customer’s requirement, often used finish are including: Polishing, electronic-polishing,  powder coating, painting, anodizing, plating, passivation...

3. Customize the packaging, oil protection as per needed.
